I spent over 26 years in the US Air Force, specializing in communications. During my service, I had the honor of completing a three-year tour providing secure communications for the White House and the US Secret Service. I also spent a year in Afghanistan as an advisor to the Afghan Communications Support Element, training them on best practices. Throughout my career, I've provided support at the most fundamental levels, which has taught me that every customer is unique and important.
